Will this actually work for my specific type of pain?
Will this actually work for my specific type of pain?
Whether your back pain comes from 8 hours at a desk, a full shift on your feet, years of heavy lifting, or long hours behind the wheel — the underlying biology is the same.
Chronic lumbar overload creates inflammation, tissue irritation, and pain signaling at L4/L5 and L5/S1 regardless of what caused it. Luvra's formulation targets those biological processes — not the specific activity that triggered them.
I've tried supplements before and nothing worked.
I've tried supplements before and nothing worked.
Most single-ingredient supplements — a turmeric capsule here, a glucosamine tablet there — address one part of the problem in isolation.
Luvra combines five active ingredients that target different parts of the same chain: inflammatory chemicals, pain sensitivity, connective tissue resilience, and movement tolerance. If what you've tried before only addressed one of those — it was working on a fraction of the problem.
How long before I feel something?
How long before I feel something?
Honestly — it depends on how long the inflammation has been building.
Some people notice less stiffness and easier movement within the first two to three weeks. For others with deeper, more chronic wear, meaningful change takes four to six weeks of consistent daily use.
Luvra is not a painkiller. It's a daily formulation that works with your body over time — which means the results build rather than spike and fade.
Is this just aspirin in a bottle?
Is this just aspirin in a bottle?
No. White Willow Bark is one of seven ingredients — and its role is specifically to reduce pain perception during daily movement, not to mask inflammation the way aspirin does acutely.
The rest of the formulation — Turmeric, Boswellia, MSM, Glucosamine, and Hyaluronic Acid — addresses the inflammatory response, connective tissue resilience, and movement tolerance that aspirin doesn't touch at all.

Why Your Job Is Breaking Down Your Lower Back
Modern work forces your body into positions the spine was never designed to hold for years at a time
Whether you sit at a desk all day or spend your shift lifting, standing, and moving — the result is the same
Your lower back absorbs continuous stress
The stabilizing muscles that support it slowly fatigue
The spine begins to compensate
Over time, the discs, joints, ligaments, and nerves become irritated, worn, and damaged
The damage concentrates most at L4/L5 and L5/S1 — the lumbar spine's two most vulnerable segments
These regions absorb the most load, handle every bend and rotation, stabilize your entire upper body, and take the impact of sitting, lifting, and vibration hour after hour
They are the most failure-prone areas in the working body
For most people, the damage doesn't happen from one event — it accumulates shift by shift, year by year, until the body stops recovering the way it used to
How Luvra Helps Your Back Handle What Work Demands Of It
Luvra was formulated to help your spine naturally adapt to the modern work environment — supporting overloaded tissues to become less irritated, less inflamed, and less painful while they continue handling daily stress.
Turmeric & Boswellia — Reduce The Inflammatory Response
Inflammatory chemicals build up when lumbar tissues are under continuous load
Turmeric and Boswellia work to reduce those inflammatory signals at the source
Less burning and deep irritation after long sitting or heavy shifts
Less stiffness when you stand up
Fewer flare-ups after demanding days
White Willow Bark — Lower Pain Sensitivity
Contains salicin — a naturally occurring compound with similar effects to aspirin
Reduces pain perception
Less soreness during movement
Easier functioning through the shift
MSM & Glucosamine — Support The Connective Tissue
The cartilage, ligaments, and connective tissue around your lumbar spine bear the impact of every hour spent sitting, lifting, or standing
MSM and Glucosamine support the resilience of those tissues over time
Less deep achiness
Slightly improved tissue durability across weeks of continuous demand
Less Inflammation — Better Movement
When inflammation decreases, muscles stop guarding
Movement becomes easier
Bending, lifting, and daily activity feel more natural
Movement itself is essential for long-term spinal health

The Science Behind The Ingredients In Luvra
-
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)
MSM is a sulfur-containing compound commonly used for joint comfort and recovery support. Sulfur is important for collagen formation and connective tissue health. Research suggests MSM may help reduce exercise-related soreness, inflammation, and joint stiffness by supporting antioxidant activity and lowering inflammatory markers.
-
GlucosaGreen® Vegetal Glucosamine HCl
Glucosamine is one of the building blocks of cartilage. This plant-based version is produced through fermentation instead of shellfish sources. Studies show glucosamine may help support cartilage maintenance, joint cushioning, and long-term mobility, especially in aging joints.
-
Turmeric Powder (Root)
Turmeric contains curcuminoids, natural compounds studied for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Curcumin may help modulate inflammatory pathways such as NF-kB and COX-2, which are linked to joint discomfort and exercise stress.
-
White Willow Bark Extract
White willow bark naturally contains salicin, a plant compound related to aspirin. Historically used for pain relief, it may help support comfort and mobility by influencing inflammatory signaling and mild pain pathways.
-
Boswellia serrata Extract (Resin)
Boswellia is a resin extract traditionally used for joint health. Boswellic acids may inhibit the 5-LOX inflammatory pathway, which plays a role in joint irritation and stiffness. Clinical studies suggest Boswellia may support flexibility and physical function.
-
Black Pepper Extract (Fruit)
Black pepper extract contains piperine, which is commonly added to enhance nutrient absorption. Piperine may improve the bioavailability of compounds like curcumin from turmeric by slowing their breakdown in the body.
-
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in joints, connective tissue, and skin. It helps retain moisture and supports joint lubrication and cushioning. Supplementation may help improve mobility and reduce joint discomfort in some individuals.

From The Founder
My name is Liam Koulahi. I'm 24 years old and I live in Culver City, California.
Before Luvra, I was doing sales — 8 to 9 hours a day on calls, sitting at a desk that wasn't designed for the amount of time I was spending in it. By the time I was 23, my lower back had become something I thought about every single day. The deep aching that built up by mid-morning. The stiffness when I stood up to grab water. The way the second half of every shift felt like my body was quietly fighting me.
I wasn't a construction worker. I wasn't lifting heavy things. I was just sitting. And somehow that was enough to break me down.
I went looking for something that actually addressed what was happening — not just a painkiller to get through the day, not a brace to strap on and forget about. Something formulated specifically for the kind of damage that modern work does to a spine over time.
I couldn't find it.
So I spent the next two years building it.
147 formulation iterations. Conversations with sports medicine professionals, physical therapists, and occupational health specialists. Deep dives into the clinical literature on lumbar inflammation, connective tissue support, and pain signaling.
The result was Luvra.
Not a cure. Not a miracle. A daily supplement formulated around the specific biological mechanisms that make lower back pain so persistent for people who work the way most of us work — sitting, lifting, standing, grinding — day after day, year after year.
I built Luvra because I was tired of being told to just manage the pain.
And because I knew I wasn't the only one sitting at a desk wondering how much longer their back was going to hold out.

FAQ
Why not just take ibuprofen or Tylenol?
Ibuprofen and Tylenol are designed for short-term acute pain.
Taking them daily over months and years carries real risks — gastrointestinal damage, liver stress, cardiovascular concerns. They also do nothing for the connective tissue wear or inflammatory buildup that accumulates in working bodies over years.
Luvra was formulated for the person whose back pain isn't an event — it's a condition. For daily, chronic, work-related back stress, a daily supplement formulated around that specific biology is a different kind of tool entirely.
I need something that works during my shift — not after.
Take two capsules in the morning before your shift starts.
The formulation is designed to support your body through the stress of the day — not just recover from it afterward. Consistent daily use means the anti-inflammatory and pain-sensitivity support is active while you're working, not just when you get home.
My doctor told me to just stretch and exercise more.
They're not wrong — movement is one of the most important factors in long-term spinal health.
But here's the problem: pain is what stops most people from moving enough. When inflammation decreases, muscles stop guarding, movement becomes less painful, and the daily walking and activity your doctor is recommending becomes more accessible.
Luvra doesn't replace movement — it supports the conditions that make movement less painful.
My pain is too far gone for this.
Luvra doesn't claim to fix structural damage, reverse disc degeneration, or replace medical treatment. What it's formulated to do is reduce the inflammatory response and pain signaling around those damaged structures — making daily function more manageable while the body continues handling the load.
If you've been told your situation is surgical, speak to your doctor before starting any supplement. For everyone else carrying cumulative wear that hasn't reached that point — that's exactly who Luvra was built for.
Is it safe to take with my other medications?
Luvra contains natural ingredients — Turmeric, Boswellia, White Willow Bark, MSM, Glucosamine, Black Pepper Extract, and Hyaluronic Acid. If you are currently taking blood thinners, anti-inflammatory medications, or any prescription drugs, consult your healthcare provider before starting.
White Willow Bark in particular has salicin — similar in effect to aspirin — which is worth flagging if you're already on aspirin therapy.
Why is it more expensive than what I find at CVS?
A single bottle of turmeric at CVS contains one ingredient at a dose that may not be clinically meaningful.
Luvra combines seven ingredients — each at a dose formulated to work together across four different mechanisms. Broken down daily, Luvra costs less than a cup of coffee per day.
Compare that to what most people in chronic back pain spend monthly on chiropractors, physiotherapy, or over-the-counter painkillers — and the math changes significantly.
Will I have to take this forever?
Not necessarily — but consistency matters. Most people in chronic back pain are dealing with ongoing occupational stress that doesn't stop.
As long as your work is placing the same demands on your lumbar spine, daily support makes sense.
Some people use Luvra consistently through their most demanding work periods and reduce over time as their overall inflammation decreases.
There's no dependency — your body doesn't stop working without it. It just works better with it.
The ingredients are natural — how strong can they really be?
Turmeric's active compound curcumin has been studied in hundreds of clinical trials for inflammatory conditions.
Boswellia has been shown to inhibit specific inflammatory enzymes more selectively than many pharmaceutical anti-inflammatories. White Willow Bark was the original source of aspirin before it was synthesized.
MSM and Glucosamine have decades of clinical literature behind them for connective tissue support. Natural doesn't mean weak — it means the mechanism is biological rather than pharmaceutical. The distinction matters for daily, long-term use.
